Twelve years after being forced to close its New York office, the international security, intelligence and education group incorporates The Vanquish Group USA, and this time, it intends to stay
LONDON, 4 July 2026. The Vanquish Group, an international defence, security, intelligence and education company, today announced the incorporation of The Vanquish Group USA, marking its return to the American market twelve years after it was forced to withdraw. The announcement falls on two milestones: the company's 15th anniversary and the 250th anniversary of the United States.
The Vanquish Group first entered the US in 2014, incorporating in the State of New York with an office in the heart of Manhattan. For a small company with ambitions to grow, the expansion became its first major setback. A combination of early missteps and cultural unfamiliarity made for a difficult start, but it was an unprovoked reputational attack that proved decisive. As fake online posts and fraudulent reviews reached prospective clients, the company's turnover shrank and its financial resources became constrained. With no viable path forward, Vanquish closed the office and returned home.
In the years since, the Group has turned that setback into a foundation. It has opened 10 offices across 7 countries and 5 continents, building the international track record and operational depth that now underpin its return to the United States.
The Vanquish Group USA will open multiple offices across the country, serving both new and pre-existing clients across the full range of services offered by the Group's companies. These include the delivery of training and certification programmes through its academies; technical surveillance countermeasures (TSCM) and bug-sweeping services through TSCM International; close protection through Vanquish Security; and threat intelligence, investigations and advisory services through Hudson Threat Intelligence, Intelligentsia and others.
